  My experience with this restaurant has slowly deteoriated ever since they hired a new cashier to take care of the front counter. The point of fast food is to ensure fast service. I'm not naming and shaming, but the new cashier is far too slow for my business to continue. I mainly go there for the " 2 for 6" or "Whopper Wednesday" and so far, my experience has been slowed to the pace of the front counter attendant. To make situations even more irritant, the cashier will then step away from the till when there is a crowd waiting for their order to be placed while she goes to behind her where there is already a worker managing the paper bags. Please manage your front counter employees more or find someone more up to the pace of the fast food service the business is made for! Thank you and have a great day.

  Not all Burger King's are created equal. When it's good it's my favorite chain.. when it's bad I quiver in fear! (I'm looking at you Maple Ridge!). But here in Vernon, Burger King is excellent! John runs a positive crew with patience and excellence--it has been a joy to observe him training young people with such patience and encouragement! His positivity is undoubtedly connected to the excellence this chain achieves with consitent freshness and quality. Rarely anything but a hot fresh burger, quick service and never any mistakes on my orders in the few dozen times we've been there! Top notch!

  Pleasant staff, food was well prepared. Burger didn't fall apart. Wish they had angry whoppers:)

  We like to visit them on Wednesday, because the Burger price is good !
