  Totally happy with Fox and Sons ! All their people are very helpful and professional, but I would give our last service tech Brent, a 10 out of 10. He will be our go to guy from here on. They also have a great preferred customer service plan that is worth looking into.

  Once again Norm, Tyler and Fred went above and beyond. They are pleasant, efficient, and do their utmost to install and monitor any equipment they work with. I highly recommend them and Fox and Sons.

  Luckily, a friend recommended Coldstream Mechanical who came in at 7:30 pm to check-in on us just to make sure we would have hot water at least for tomorrow. He worked for a while on getting the pilot lit up and made sure we had hot water. David (boy did we get lucky with this recommendation!) didn't charge us a dime for lighting it up and recommended that we get a new heater installed since ours isn't very reliable anymore. We really appreciate him coming in way past work hours to make sure we get through the night and the next few days comfortably while he arranges for a new tank and installation for us. Needless to say - he won our business and our hearts!

  Fox & Sons came to check-in our gas hot water tank which stopped working last night. They just asked a bunch of questions and didn't even try lighting it up properly. Instead, they just gave us a bunch of overly-priced quotes for a brand new tank and installation.

  Fox and Sons did a good job but my initial experience with them was not great. There was way to much info and upsell. Calls from someone call a comfort specialist? Information over load and quotes that included things I did not want but after some conversation we were able to get things sorted and the work done. To their credit the furnace died two days after the initial visit late in the day and Scott stopped by and dropped some space heaters. And where able to get the parts quickly and did a good repair. Boris also found an issue with venting system and fixed as part of his service call. The house is warm and all is well
