  When I made a call to brown mechanical service (because I had same service last year) the women who work there made an excuse that we don't have a backflow testing because we are just plumbing service.( at first) Then she asks me, "did you had done a service from Brown mechanical?". So I answered "yes, I did it last year and have a sticker from yours." Then she said, "We have a backflow service but WE DON'T HAVE CHONG CUSTOMER". (I'm Asian and have an accent) I answered back "are you sure that you don't have Chong customer?" She said "YEAH WE DON'T HAVE CHONG CUSTOMER"

  After I heard that I went to the city hall of Armstrong and got another number to receive a service. I would like them to update the website providing that they are not going to service Asians so I don't have to waste my time and ruin my day. This Never Happened to before and I thank you for making me new experience.

  Our AC packed it in on a Friday night during 40C heat. Called Charlene at "Brown Mechanical" and she sent a man the next business day. He was very fast at getting us up & running. The bill was very reasonable considering they were swamped with other jobs as well. I highly recommend Brown Mechanical if you need any HVAC repairs or installs. They are polite, kind and fair. Thank you Charlene & Brown Mechanical.

  Never had an issue with these guys. Understanding they cover a large area and sometimes couldn't come that day. They have always been very honest and upfront about the service and equipment. Would recommend to anyone in the plans can valley for plumbing or heating/air conditioning needs!

  Extremely satisfied with the prompt and courteous service. I needed a dishwasher installed, washer/dryer hook-ups and water tank element replaced. All were completed with professional and quick service.
