  There are always dead fish in the back tanks poor husbandry, it's really prominent with there back goldfish tanks. There prices are also quite high compared to places such as Total Pet on 3302 32nd street. Rather take the extra 2 minute drive to get a cheaper product for the same quality of material.

  I was ignored and felt unimportant. I asked the staff if they carried a specific product and was told that they didn't carry it, but they might be able to order it in for me. The girl took me to the front till where there is an office some guy was in, and told me that she was going to grab someone to help me. I watched her explain what I was looking for to the guy in the office before walking away. I stood outside the office for a good 8 minutes while I watched the guy in the office on his computer! He didn't even acknowledge I was there before I got fed up and left.

  I spoke with three separate employees during my visit and it was clear that they were all interested and passionate about helping people with their pets. They had great suggestions and all were completely respectful of my dog's nervous nature. All in all it was a great experience for me and my dog. Thank you!

  Great selection. Awesome staff. My poor dog was sick on this new food, so they bought back the unopened cans.
