  Needs better communication. Not consistent with orders or for asking the standard questions (kind of cheese, toasted etc). Needs improvement overall. Asked 3-4 times to toast my sub and STILL got it wrong.

  I like coming here since it's real close to my home and other businesses. But as of recent, there is this one employee whos attitude is not customer friendly. This first time she seemed completely out of it when putting my sandwich together. The other few times I've been there, I've been greeted with a cold welcome and served at a pace which seemed like she couldn't get the job done fast enough. I don't feel comfortable with this and until this is read and dealt with, I will be avoiding this place when she's there. I'm not sure what the policy on here is about "Name and Shaming" so I won't do it, but here's a hint, her attitude will give her away.

  The food and service here are good. But the hours online are wrong. Weekdays they claim to be open 6 am - 12 am, I usually get off work at 11 pm, get there and its closed at 11:10 pm. Same as tonight, claims 6 am - 2 am online, got there 11:15, closed. Wish they'd update the hours online so I don't need to drive there and take a picture of the hours.

  Edit April 3rd / 17: Still making mistakes on my order after a few months coming here. Needs serious improvement. There is always something wrong with my order. The artists working here need to work on customer communication as that is whats bringing their orders and positive reviews down.

  Manager mistreats staff and customers. He disrupted my server twice for seemingly no reason. Food was average, as were the servers. This subway needs better management.

  Was in there today and got a foot long sub and got home and they didn't even cut my sub in half. Not happy. Also the store is filthy and disgusting.
