  Can't place an online order to be paid for with cash upon pick-up like you can at US Papa Murphy's and virtually every other pizza place, instead you have to prepay with Visa or Mastercard. I do not order from Papa Murphy's due to this and I am sure many others do not either. I have never been forced to prepay for pizza anywhere else in my life, it's a really stupid policy that needs to be changed.

  The convenience of "take and bake" doesn't make up for the lack of a quality eating experience. The quality of toppings is good but not exceptional in quantity or taste appeal.

  Busy as hell (Friday night), but good pizza as always. My pizza was not made in time so a $5 off coupon was presented. Good customer service.
