  The staff are well trained and considerate. Due to difficult circumstances on our end, they didn't hesitate to upgrade our room at no extra charge and were happy to do anything they could to make us more comfortable. Considering the fact that we paid the same for an absolutely exquisite room in a beautiful hotel as we would have at your average run of the mill place, we are extremely happy and will definitely return and recommend to others. Also, we ate in the restaurant and it was perfect. Really great value for the money.

  Huge value for the dollar! We appreciated the size of the room and homey feeling in the suite. The room service was probably the best I’ve ever had. We ate dinner and breakfast. Diverse menu served in less than 20 min. Free wifi was top notch. It’s really easy to stay here with our 3yr old. Cleanliness of room, pool and commons areas very impressive. We will be back!

  My girlfriend and I stayed here on very short notice last night when we decided we needed to get some rest on our way through Vernon. We called the hotel and asked for a room, the front desk was incredibly friendly, gave us a great rate, and had a room booked in minutes. The hotel is nicely furnished and clean. The other couple staff members I interacted with were helpful and friendly. We got a queen sized single room which was comfortable and spacious. There was a couch and table, a couple desk lamps among other standard amenities, and the bathroom was nice and larger than I expected. My only complaint is that you get coupons for 20% off their restaurant and there was no mention of a continental breakfast, so my assumption is you're required to pay for food. All in all I would stay here again.

  Good price, big room, pool, fitness centre, restaurant and bar. A little odd that there was no dresser to unpack clothes.
