  What made this a 4 star over a 3 star experience was how accommodating the staff (particularly Monica) were to our tight timeline.

  Always a pleasure staying here. Typically the staff remember me as I am a frequent business traveler. The rooms are well kept, modern and we'll decorated. Typical big chain hotel feel but with superior customer service.

  The breakfast served by the hotel was on par with the best hotel breakfasts I've had. There was a good selection and something for everyone.

  We went for a family Christmas reunion and the staff was amazing. Our family had 70% of the hotel rented out and we all had an amazing time. Everything was great in rooms, very clean, friendly staff and the continental breakfast was spot on. Very impressed.

  Driving to Vernon the day of the wedding, we wanted an opportunity to freshen up before the event, and Monica had our room ready for a very early check-in. Our room location requests were also met perfectly.

  Breakfast offering was pretty standard (mediocre), with a pretty limited offering, but it was "free".

  The second was that we went to breakfast near the end of the breakfast hours and the tables were filthy, littered with food and coffee cups, and didn't look like they had been cleaned once since breakfast started being served.

  Very nice hotel to stay at...clean...and very nice people. Plus they have good restaurants in the vacinity!
