  Nice, clean hotel with all of the essentials expected of a Fairfield property. Front counter service was helpful and friendly. Rooms are fair-sized and bedding is comfortable. If you're in Vernon this is a great choice.

  Location was good. Nearby a Superstore to pickup needed groceries. Also, the rooms were fine for our quick stay and the free breakfast is always nice before heading out for the day.

  Horrible breakfast and customer service! If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! I booked this hotel for 12 families for a hockey Tournament. This hotel hosted 3 teams while we were their and I was told a bus group too. They were NOT prepared for it! Breakfast was a nightmare the 3 mornings we ate there...no coffee, juice, no forks, no knives, ice cold eggs, no yogurt, no fruit. When I asked the front desk said “ we are doing our best”. I have no idea why anyone would stay here? Pool was over chlorinated and our kids had red eyes, I was unable to sit in the pool area for more than 10 minutes without getting sick from the smell of chlorine. Our room was clean but the breakfast, pool and customer service was so very bad we would NEVER return. I sent an email directly to the mamanger who I booked our teams with and she never got back to me?

  This is a great hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and the kids loved the pool. With it being so close to amenities such as restaurants, coffee shop and Superstore, it makes for easy access to those places. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!
