  Motel is in good location. Nice & clean rooms for the price. I was so satisfied with the stay. Friendly staff ready to help anytime, & the manager is so helpful when I lost the keycard he himself issued a new one even it was late night. Good breakfast, free parking, indoor pool, and hot tub is great for the price. I reccommend this motel to families travelling through vernon.

  I seen a few negative reviews on here regarding this establishment but i personally had no issue with cleanliness during my month long stay. As a matter of fact it seems all the staff do here is clean 24/7. But maybe that has something to do with the new staff members.

  Lost a star because the breakfast was pretty lame (toast, cereal yoghurt, some over ripe bananas and a non working waffle maker); the room had a really strong incense smell when we arrived (I guess from cleaning?); and the toilet roll holder was not within reaching distance of the toilet.

  From what i can tell it looks like they had a recent staff overhaul and are just starting to settle into the routine of there new laundry and housekeeping supervisor.

  When we first walked in there was no door mat and just laminate floors so we had to use a small towel. The place looked nice but the floors were still wet from cleaning and the smell of cleaning product was so strong for 8 hours. We had to open the door for about 30 min to help with the smell. Eventually I also turned on the fan from the AC to help swap the air out. They also provided basic breakfast which consists of toast, a fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee. Person running the front desk was nice and helpful.
