  Otto and his son were absolutely amazing! Part of my parents house flooded, while they were away on vacation, and they came out to take care of everything just a few hours after I called them. They were very polite, professional and very personable. I can't say enough about their service and kindness. They made what I thought would be a total headache (since I was getting work done at a house I don't live at) into a very easy, no stress situation. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

  Otto and Brandon often clean multiple units and houses for me on short notice. Otto is always well organized and very communicative! As a property manager in Vernon for the last 7 years I can tell you that Pristine is simply the best in the area. I have used many others around town. I need someone who will show up and get the job done . My property owners depend on me to use only the best. I look after vacation rentals , long term rentals and commercial properties. In each case there are special carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning challenges. Otto always has the best equipment in the industry weather its his truck mount unit or portable units.The cleaning job is always done extremely well and efficiently. I would give Otto and his team 6 stars if I could , you can't go wrong trusting Pristine Carpet cleaning!
