  empty paper towel dispensers through gym on more then a few occasions. Could use more free weights, only up to 75lbs. Fairly quiet over all, but for the price of 60$ a month, I feel cleanliness is a must and some work in the men's Chang room, sauna, showers etc.

  Rates went up when they switched to co-ed. There's never anyone at the front desk. Their hours are super limited but they charge the same as the Kelowna location that is open 24 hrs...

  Great gym but they need to get their men's showers installed ASAP!! or I will be finding a new gym where my hubby can at least shower afterwards!

  I'd like to know the hours for the holidays. Online it doesn't show definite times and there is no voicemail, it just hangs up.

  Reasonable rates, friendly staff, large variety of equipment and all extra classes are included in the price. Tanning also included if thats your thing.

  Has been a co-ed gym for over a year now, no showers, sauna for men. Only 1 bathroom in change room which with my 1 month experience so far has been very dirty at least 60% of the time..
