  Great selection. Always enough checkouts open. Click and collect is wonderful to order online. Fast and easy.

  The superstore offers rewards if you spend over $250. The last time it was a package of bacon. As a vegan, We asked if we could substitute a package of bacon for points as they give points once they run out of the promotional item. They unfortunately said they couldn't substitute for us. They told us to take the package of bacon and sell it. I feel we were discriminated against. As customers who spend over $250 a week at the superstore I feel this was a insensitive and unprofessional approach. Needless to say we will be talking to someone who can hopefully remedy this for us. Or we will stop shopping there.

  I love shopping here they have scooters for handicap people another 4 would be awesome.any store like this is lovely always clean staff are so pleasant and very helpful the best place to Visit

  The staff are very helpful, the prices are good. Great underground parking for bad weather. With a great food selection. I just wish that they had more cashiers and open later at night.

  I know this store, I get the layout. Prices are the best you can expect compared to the competition. It gets a bit crazy busy on the weekend but every lane is open. If you can avoid the busy times, you can spend the time to find great in-store specials. There is a well stocked 'international' section. Big housewears, drugstore, clothing, seasonal and BC wine sections. It's my go to grocery store in Vernon. Produce sometimes needs scrutiny, local options are available at nearby competitors.
