  Pricing was good and they had good after sales service. They did a return on one item I bought with no questions asked. Because of this I bought more there and recommend them to my friends

  Spent a heck of a money on a bedroom suite. Third class drawer handles broke on all drawers. When I complained, instead of taking responsibility of their low class product, which definitely wasn't upto the Ashley standard, they told me to pay them $66 plus tax plus shipping to get new drawer handles. I will never buy anything from Ashley again. They were so rude and arrogant people in the customer service after sale department
