  I was in last Wednesday to buy some makeup. The lady who was working cosmetics spent little time trying to sell me on a product quickly. It looks horrible on and it cost over $40 (which she wasn't honest about either). I was interested in other products, but had already purchased this horrible foundation, and she was clearly trying to get rid of me. I kept trying to ask about other products to which she responded, "come back and the girls here will be happy to help you anytime." As I was already there and asking for product information I thought this was extremely rude. Needless to say I will not be back. The store was empty and I could tell she just couldn't be bothered to help me since she had already made the sale. Worst customer service experience. Said she worked for Lancome.

  Service was amazing from a young gal called Em, she was precise and efficient. I didn't even have to describe my desires, because she already knew. Store was alright.

  Much better now that the fragrances are not right at the entrance so people with alergies can enter the store.

  My husband was visiting the store to attempt to find wine glasses and drinking glasses and was treated with nothing but rudeness several times by the same employee. Not impressed.
