  Was calling around Ford Dealers to explore something I had read about concerning a software tweak to my 2015 Ford F-350. Norm the service manager at Watkins was willing to hear me out... do a little research and take the time to look into what I was asking. He was prompt at returning my calls. I also needed an appointment for a fix to a suspension issue and he went over and above taking his time to explain what they would do ... what could be the issue etc.

  I have been dealing with Watkins Ford since I moved here 5 years ago and last Friday was the most professional experience I have had. If you could rate the Service Writer for his friendly, professional and caring for 1 to 5,, he would be an 8. The routine servicing done in a timely fashion and at the end again the Service Writer came and explained all that was done. Once again, I Love my Ford and my dealership. Edie Samms

  Very satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive to my issues. They supplied transportation back and forth from my home during the service which was immensely helpful. Nothing to complain about the overall experience was 5 out of 5.

  Another great visit with friendly, professional staff. The technician found an easy fix to a really annoying problem with my back up sensors. Turns out it was the over sized trailer hitch setting off the sensor. Great find on your part. As usual all the warranty work was completed on time and with a smile. Thanks again.

  Reason for the 4 star not a 5 is when I was checking my vehicle in, the service advisor I was dealing with and explaining what Norm and I had discussed, he seemed quick to dismiss and not hear me out out. Felt talked down to somewhat. Other than that the service went great. Will be a returning!!

  I just bought my new F-150 from Watkins and it was great. Luke Hornhardt is by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with. I use to work in the car business for years and have seen it all and I wouldn't deal with anyone but Luke. He is the best. If you are going to buy a truck go see Luke and if you don't you are wasting your time.
