  My Son was heading back to Victoria and hit a piece of metal left on the road by a large truck. There was damage to the gas tan and lines and exhaust. Matt Attfield, parts and service staff at Vernon Nissan sourced the parts and performed the repairs quickly and professionally. The overall service was exceptional as they all went above and beyond our expectations. Strongly recommend Vernon Nissan. Thanks for supporting us through this ordeal Mart. Greatly appreciated!

  I picked up my used 2011 Nissan Titan that I purchased from Vernon Nissan on Saturday, and I am in love with the truck! I had a really positive experience with them, between Cameron in sales, and Christine in financing. Both made the purchase of the truck and trade in of my vehicle a very simple process. This isn't your typical "slime-ball" dealership, you'll get friendly help from all the staff here! Kudos to them!

  I have purchased several brand new/slightly used vehicles over the past 10 years for myself and my immediate family members. One of those purchases was a Nissan Frontier from Vernon Nissan several years back and my experience was very good in terms of perceived honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction.

  All the staff at Vernon Nissan are wonderful. From the person who greets you at the door to all the people in the service and sales department - they make you feel welcome and special. The service work on my vehicle has always been topnotch. It's a great place to do business.

  It wasn’t until several years and several thousand happy kilometers down the road that their strength really came to light in the Service department. After several shops couldn’t identify the intermittent issues I was having with my truck I brought it back to Vernon Nissan to have a diagnosis done and pretty much expecting the same results I have had with several other shops I had taken the truck too, which was pretty much just frustration and a waste of time on my part. From my initial contact with Blade, the Service Manager, and later with Matt and their Head Mechanic, Toby, they worked as a team and researched my problem by keeping the truck for a few days and finally found my trouble that had eluded all those before. I had several phone conversations and in person meetings with Blade to find the best solution to my repair and he always found the time to talk honestly, listen to my concerns and then scheduled the repair around my busy schedule which can be another huge issue on its own. It’s been a while now since the repair has been completed and I could not be any happier with the fix and the service that I received as a whole from the team at Vernon Nissan. Thanks a bunch , Guys!!
