  We are very happy with the service we received from the team at Vernon Hyundai when we bought our Tuscon a month ago. Evan was our sales person and was fantastic to work with. Everyone that we spoke with and dealt with were genuinely friendly and helpful. Not once did we feel pressured which we really appreciated. We also appreciated the follow up call from Evan to see if we had any questions. Excellent customer service!

  I can’t say enough about the service I received here. They defined going above and beyond to a new level. They took a bad day and turned it into a great day with their friendly staff, (big thank you to Mike and Sean!) understanding attitudes and great service.   My wife gave it a glowing review at the beginning but we definitely got screwed buying the extended vehicle warranty. Lost about $2300.00.

  I'm very particular about my salespeople for large purchases. I drove around to every dealership two weeks before making my purchase, just to feel things out. Everywhere I went I was told that they didn't carry what I want, or they were really pushy.
