  Mediocre at best. Needed assistance as a Subaru Owner and was essentially blown off. If you are looking for helpful service I would keep driving.

  Service was a nightmare. We stopped going to Subaru for years because their service was so bad but needed to get 3 factory recalls. They messed up our ECU tried to tell us it was the alternator, had us do a hot oil flush, ...short story we ended up with a new ENGINE, fuel pump and a new ECU. Still need an airbag! We take care of our car, have a family and not a lot of money to through away :(

  Amazing customer service from Hilltop Subaru. I went to a lot of other dealerships to find a new vehcile and being younger, a lot of them didn't take me seriously. Mike from Hilltop respected me the moment I walked through the door. The service was quick and efficient I was driving my new car the next day. Sonya did a great job explaining all of my options and was very patient with me as well. 10/10 experience. I will be back to make future purchases at Hilltop.

  Horrendous service. They started an oil consumption study on my Outback incorrectly and wasted six months of my time and money. Their service department gave incorrect instructions on how to handle the oil top ups, making the entire process useless. They refuse to acknowledge their error or make it right. Extremely rude communication. I highly recommend NOT giving them your money.
