  Was once a loyal customer... Planned a party there...even called to reserve a section of the pub for the party... So the pub knew me, knew the amount of people I was inviting... When I arrived, one waitress to cover the whole pub...this included my party plus other customers... I watched not only my party but other customers wait for drinks and food as one waitress had to try to serve everyone... Although it is not the waitress's fault as she was by herself, the pub was known of my party and I am willing to bet my bar bill alone was more than any other table in that pub last night...not including the people from my party who paid their own tabs.... I have lost faith in that pub and will go there for a drink, but will not entertain any groups of people... I over tipped the waitress as she tried to serve everyone in the pub by herself and keep my party group from leaving, but people in my group were complaining as was I... I am not looking for compensation for what happened...just suggesting that the pub step up when groups want to hold parties at your establishment as I'm sure you know that I and others do like your pub for the atmosphere and service...but really, when you are told of an event, told of the number of guests invited you staff accordingly... If you wonder why your pub is lacking customers...don't blame the construction... Remember that some customers choose to pay for a taxi just to come for a drink and appys just to come to your pub... There is other pubs in Vernon...all that said... I am not looking for compensation just saying that if you wonder why your pub is empty most nights... That I may not be the only one to share this view...but the only one to post my opinion.... Lost is a once loyal customer.

  We came in for dinner on a Saturday night. It was early but still a little busier than we expected. We had dinner and it was very good. I had the pork schnitzel and my wife had steak. Both were cooked perfectly. The prices were good. Cheaper than the newer places in town. Plus it tastes better and they have later portions.

  Has WineCrush Picnic Station. You can get locally made sausage, cheese, crisps and mustard that are infused with Okanagan wine grapes. Perfect for wine pairing.

  That being said... I have gone back and with talking to the waitresses, as the manager was not there when I was in last 3 times... The waitresses did the job of the manager... I must say that, the pub is indebted to Amber, Ashley and Karlee.... For me editing this comment... I will visit your pub...but will not spend the same amount of $$$ or host gatherings there...

  Nice establishment. Fair prices and good beer. Also the attached cold beer and liquor is fair priced too. Good location as well.
