    Simply the rudest customer service I have ever had in my life! If you dont like waiting for an hour or two holding on line to get through to TELUS over the phone- you will face even harsher conditions at local representative locations.

    The staff did not want to help us out so we left and purchased 4 phones at best buy

    Stopped by for a new phone and found that you had the model I have been looking for. Sat down and had the phone registered and plan updated. Easy peezie. Second phone and contract for me at this location and I'll be back again!

    My husband & I visited this location Nov 2/17. Our experience was awesome! A young lady helped us switch our account carriers plus my husband picked up a new iPhone. Everything was handled politely & quickly plus the young lady was very knowledgeable about both carrier companies. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location!
