  An art emporium! Great selection of supplies for professionals and hobbyists, plus workshops, plus fine art exhibited, plus a vast variety of art and local artisans' products for sale ... And the proprietor is a real pleasure to visit with. Love this place!!

  So much fun with Mellisa learning about the steps, the brushes, the techniques, the paint itself and actually completing a painting! She was engaging, clear and patient, guiding all of us towards our own creative success! I wanna do it again!

  Visit this place to see the gallery or to receive knowledgeable advice when buying art supplies. Melissa Dinwoodie's and other artists' works line the walls, forming an inspiring context for the art-supplies component of this venue. In the aft portion is a functioning studio where we saw Melissa's current work in progress, as well as her other pieces from her recent show in Vancouver. Melissa was there to describe the concept of her latest series... and to advise me on my art supplies purchase ! Leap also offers a variety of instructional programs. If you need anything: an excellent painting or art supplies, or just a pencil or eraser, get it here.
