    Unfortunately the ice machine is down (the staff was told a new one is coming), so the fountain pop is warm... Other then that i highly recommend our kfc. Happy New Years everyone.

    Your staff are great! Chuck, Trevor and everyone else (I'll learn your names eventually) are just awesome people and make the whole experience of eating here better.

    Its one of the dirtiest KFC restaurants ive seen. Needs renovations.. but foods great.

    I ordered delivery this evening only to find out that our food was warm/cold.Chicken was soft NOT crisppy and fries Soggy.We have to reheat all food in our oven.Will never buy KFC again.

    We ordered delivery this evening only to find out the delivery driver forgot half of our order at the store. Instead of the staff calling us we had to call them. By the time the driver got back to deliver the rest of our order our food was cold. Will not be ordering again. We called the store to complain but there was “nothing that we could do”. The customer service sucks and we will be notifying head office. I don’t feel like we should have to pay a delivery plus a tip (thinking we had everything) for such horrible service.
