  Hot water line burst in the winter months. Phone and told them I needed the water shut off. Sent their plumber,shows up with his wife and no tools. My son had to wade threw the water and turn it off. They charged me $ 200 for a call out. I phoned and talked to Amanda about the bill and she said she spoke to John and he lied and said he turned the water off. He admitted to his lie once I reminded him of the video being recorded. I was still charged as he said he supervised my son. The bill states that he fixed the leak in the main which is a complete and utter fabrication as the main did not burst, it was the hot water line upstairs under the kitchen sink. The owner would nit return my call and John thought it was funny. Amanda the shifty rep had the nerve to tell me I was being charged for the call put because John was having a lovely dinner with his wife and I disrupted it. Now who goes to a call out to shut the main off or fix a burst line with no tools. They are Aslan plumbing now wearing new clothing 24/7 because of their horrible customer service.
