Stopped here while out on Kalamalka Lake in our kayaks. Short walk up to the outhouse. Separate men and ladies. Lots of picnic tables and benches. Sloping grass area down to lake. Sandy beach with shallow area for tots. Lots of shade trees

Stunning scenery. Parking is a little far, but if you are just going for a short walk it's okay.

There are several beach sections, some very near the parking and some up to a few kelometers hike away.

I've found the people and dogs are generally very well behaved, much better then at a lot of Okanagan dog Beach's.

The beach is nice small pebbles and the water is the best, it's warm, clean and clear.

We only stopped here to take photos and stopped on the dock to capture the hills in the back. Great place to relax.

Lots of parking, though it gets crazy busy and can fill up on a nice day.

There are washrooms at the parking area and trash cans at the various trail heads.

An outdoorsman's dream. Hiking, biking, rock climbing, canyons, bears, the works! Trails are great and there's plenty here for any skill level. 'Around the Mountain' for easier strolls and 'Cougar Canyon' for more challenging terrain and trails. The beaches are rocky but the water is perfect. Plenty to do and see here, but bears and rattlers have been spotted in the area, especially around the south and south east ends of the park. Plenty of family friendly park areas in and around Rattlesnake Point.
