  1st time at Silverstar, came down for the 2017 Rev Limiter and had an amazing time! Our room was awesome and the service was great! Definitly going to be coming back!

  We stayed in a platinum level suite on the 4th floor. It overlooked the ski hills and had excellent views out into the valley. Service from the staff was courteous and efficient. The location of the hotel is right off the main drag and is therefore super convenient, yet the village itself is small enough that it is quiet at night (unlike say Whistler). Accommodation for a disabled person is somewhat lacking but I hope to change that. They installed toilet grab bars (temporary ones) that are functional yet could be better. The shower chair is a simple board with no backrest. I hope to address some of these concerns with the property manager.

  Staff were not helpful and condescending at best. We were put in a pet friendly room when this was not requested. If we would have known we were in this room, we certainly would have brought our dog! And at a rate of nearly $500 a night, we would not choosen to book a 'pet friendly' room. The bathrooms in the room were dirty and we found old food left in the coffee table drawers. At this room rate, we expected higher standards all around.

  Location is right in Village, very good for walking and dinner. Room was very nice with beautiful view. WiFi drops out and can be annoying but otherwise no issues.
