  Rather than use the available room service, because of the dog, we got dinner "to go" at the Ricky's restaurant. They were very accommodating and the food was good. I recommend the California Salad!

  Lovely staff and great hotel. Very comfortable room. Restaurant on premises. Handy to other shopping and dining. Dog friendly. The dogs and I had a great stay.

  Friendly outgoing staff always a pleasure to stay. Rooms are tidy and well maintained and restaurant is on sight for morning breakfast needs.

  Our business in Vernon required us to arrive well before normal check-in times. The staff accommodated us without question and upgraded our room in order to be able to facilitate our time frame. They did this without any additional cost to us and without making any fuss about doing so. We were very pleased and grateful for this kind of exceptional service.

  We were temporarily homeless waiting to move into our new house and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with our little dog. It was the nicest "pet friendly" room we have ever had, located on the ground floor at the end of the corridor and near an exit so easy to take the little guy out. Unlike some places, there were no signs of previous canine occupants and the furniture was in excellent condition. I expect that in a newer hotel but it isn't always the case. The room also had a small fridge and microwave which was very convenient.
