  I have noticed the service here going down hill. Yesterday I came in to buy moldings. I needed some help figuring our length and cuts to make sure i could take them home in my truck as well as not have waste. I also wasnt 100% sure what I was looking for. The molding section is locked from the main building with a sign that says it is due to theft and to go to service counter. So off I go to the service desk in side just to be told that you have to buy moldings first before anyone will meet you in the shop. I tried to explain I wasnt sure what I needed so they told me to go to the cashier and tell her what I wanted. She had heard the conversation but I followed the advice and went to the cashier to be met with a blank stare and was told again that I had to pay before I could talk about cuts. I told her I wasn't sure what I needed to which she handed me a pen and said that she would call someone once I figured it out and paid for whatever it was I needed. Flabbergasted and tired of being argued with I said thank you to which the most sarcastic 'Have a great day' was given to me. I should mention I am a long term customer of this store but will probably not bother again. Thank you to the other building center in town for taking my $500 and helping me figure out what I needed.
