  I'm new in Vernon and was looking for a hair salon. I called the salon, and booked my consultation appointment . I drove 30 min to be there because I live in westside road, which I told them when I booked my appointment. Receptionist offered me to book an appointment for another day.Then I told them My appointment is only for 15 min, so I still have 10 minutes left. I was late for about 5 min. And the receptionist told me they took another person after me because I was late. The question is why would you even bother taking client's phone number if you don't call them to make sure if they are coming before taking someone else. Is this professional? Such a waste of time and money!

  I drive an hour and a half to get to Ohairas for my appointments and never once have I thought that was too far. The staff make the drive well worth it! I have been to various stylists there and have never been disappointed with my results. Not only do they rise to the top in technique they ensure you are comfortable and relaxed when you are there. From the hot towel service, scalp massages and warming tea to the spa music, friendly conversations and calming atmosphere. I highly recommend this salon to anyone hoping for a new doo and a little getaway from the stresses that life can bring.

  Eva is amazing! I've never had so many compliments on a hair cut or colour before in my life. I have complete strangers commenting on how lovely the red highlights Eva put in to "do something festive" as I had asked for. Thanks for the great cut and colour Eva!!
