    Sundance Taekwondo has helped both of my kids learn the value of respect, perseverance, self control as well as the value of teamwork. Mr White and the rest of the team at the Dojang has supported their growth over years and made learning fun!

    My son Nathan loves Sundance martial arts, awesome to see him grow and develop. Also he has made many friends, for an individual sport they have a great team atmosphere! Thank you Mr. White and staff!

    We started with a two week trial and the family dynamic has us fully emerged. The classes are so flexible through the week that our busy family was able to find what worked for both our kids' schedule. We also did the summer camp and it is by far the best camp the kids have attended in Vernon. Thanks Sundance your team is a huge part or our family.
