    One of the best stores in Vernon. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Very clean.support local and quality food.

    This one of Vernon's hidden gems. If you like health foods in bulk style this is the place. Prices are very competitive, better than big grocers that also sell bulk. Good selection of gourmet packaged brands as well a a growing supply of locally produced products. Favourite: fresh ground peanut butter.

    Awesome customer service! Great selection of healthy foods. Competitive prices. Bulk foods. Plus will order in. Unique products you are looking for. Love the tea selection... the juices... the produce...aaaahhh...You'll just have to see for yourself.
