  The sales experience was great however the customer service lady who I dealt with today when I came to pick up an order made it very clear to myself and her co-worker that my request to pick up the table at that time was a huge inconvenience for her. she was snappy, cold and rude. Not at all the kind of person you would hope to encounter at a customer service desk. I don't know if I will go back to the Vernon location. That was absalutely terrible.

  I used to get great customer service but now it's terrible and the product is terrible. At least what I've received. We went to try out beds and the lady was really knowledgeable and non pushing for the sale. She wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Great start! Went back a few days later and told another guy that we didn't want help and just wanted to let on some beds. He wouldn't leave us alone so we left.

  If I wanted to shop online or order online, I would. I go to bricks and mortar shops to buy same day, but these guys carry no stock of anything, point you to the website and tell you it has to be shipped... Thanks but I'll use Amazon.

  We went back to order something online as you had to order from the store. He said he'd keep in touch for a delivery date but should expect it this weekend some time. We got a call 2 days before we were supposed to get our order to say they don't deliver on Sundays/Mondays. We weren't told about restrictions on delivery dates. We were told a weekend (Saturday/Sunday). So I called back and said they couldn't come but if I could request a time. The girl said she couldn't do anything and that she's sorry that's just how it is. I suggested if she could call the delivery company and ask if we could request a late delivery and she said no. Finally she said yes after asking what else she could do or I'd have to cancel my order. She said she'd call and get back to me. Never got a call so I called the manager. Right away she said she'd put a note on file and call the company to request a layer delivery on a Saturday so I could ask a family member and give them plenty of time! That made things better so thank you to the manager I spoke with. We received the items today. The first thing we opened was gauged and the one drawer doesn't close. Not excited to open the rest now. I'll never buy from the brick again. Should have listened to my family and friends. I do appreciate that manager but it's too far gone now

  Had a warranty issue over our living room set which we purchased 2 years ago from the Grande Prairie store. We were smart and purchased the 3 year extended warranty.

  Between Caitlin in G.P. and Darryl and the store manager here in town we now have a brand new set coming next Saturday which was completely covered by the warranty!!

  Dealt with a nice saleslady very helpful with selections on sectionals, major appliances and beds...bought a TV there before and feel comfortable shopping in the store
