    Great experience there yesterday. There was a 3-day special for cell packages across western Canada, 10GB of data and unlimited calling, for $60/mo. The phone lines for all providers were shut down due to high call volumes, and I decided to try BestBuy. They (BestBuy Mobile) said I could not upgrade my existing VirginMobile package and would have to switch providers.. They recommended I try the Source if I wanted anything Virgin-related. My fist visit their systems were all down as well, and they recommended I try later in the afternoon. I went in later and they were able to score a loyalty upgrade that BestBuy and others said couldn't be done. They were under a lot of pressure with all the traffic over those 3 days, and they handled it like champs. Alexa got the job done in under 5 minutes, Thanks!
