  I was in yesterday and had an excellent experience. They had a wide range of stock and brands for what I was after (Prana, Kuhl, Patigonia) and they tirelessly helped me find what I was after. I'm quite picky about the technical gear I'm after but they were patient (but not absent like other stores I've found) and not pushy. Both employees were respectful and savvy to their product line. Definitely recommend a visit.

  I love the clothing & the aunts & uncle bags. The zipper was faulty on my new bag & within a week the manager Aimee had resolved my issue. All the staff are helpful & smiley so it's pleasant to stop & shop.

  Very poor customer service. Supposed to be Prana dealer but they carry very few of the products and won't order in any of the products they don't already carry. My wife was looking for a specific dress and they said they would only order it if they were already putting in an order to fill stock, she would have to pay the shipping, and they couldn't say when or even if they would be putting in an order. Other local stores can't sell the Prana brand because Wearabouts has exclusive rights in Vernon. Valhalla Pure Outfitters carries almost the entire line but can't sell it here.

  This store is a gem in Vernon - they carry awesome products and the staff are so friendly. They're great to my kids too when we go in! Have shopped here for years and will continue to do so. I have out of town friends and family that insist on stopping in here whenever they're in Vernon!

  Staff put off an heir of slattern energy, as well as boastful and tawdry!
