    Never been treated so bad. Charged for damages before ICBC even sees it and lied to saying vehicle was out of town when I could literally see it. DON'T rent here

    Icbc told them they would pay. Had a glitch and they said they wouldnt pay. Before calling me to sort it out the scrambled to take a payment asap and screwed up my credit card. Dont you think they should have called me first. I called the adjuster and she had t sorted out. Also they charged ICBC an extra day ( i returned a day early) because they are scammers like that. I told them flat out I would not pay an extra day for the upgrade. Scammers.
