  Needed to rent a car for a week for a young couple to drive from Vernon to Vancouver & back. The manager at Enterprise was less than helpful, she was rude and arrogant. I have rented all over North America from Enterprise, but thanks to this woman never again. Affordable went above & beyond for us. Great car in excellent condition with real winter tires!!! There charges were as quoted, no surprises!!! Thanks Affordable!!!!

  When my friends and I were in a pinch, Affordable was the only place that offered a reasonable price. Moreover, we got a great car that drove really well. No unexpected or hidden charges, everything went super smoothly and I'd definitely recommend this shop. Support local businesses!

  I'm not sure what the last guy is talking about. However if you smoke and drink as I think this character did , I can see the owners issue. I've rented quite a few cars with Affordable and have been treated with courtesy.

  Absolutely the worst place in town to rent a vehicle from. He will take a credit card or deposit and tell you one price and then when you return the car even after having it washed and fueled up you will get charged more then what you were told. He even charged me an extra full day rental for having the car back at 5:30 pm on a holiday while they were closed, when I rented it at 3:45 pm. less then 2 hours late after he said it didnt matter what time because they were closed anyway. Thats not to mention the extra $250 he tries to charge you for apparently smoking in his car, I dont even smoke in my own vehicle because I have kids. Charges agreed before rental when he handed me the keys $176... what he tried to charge me $553 when I got back, after arguing with him for 20 minutes, $303, still almost double what we agreed.

  The car was good but there was an excessive surprise charge of $20/day for insurance. This really raises the price of the car and the company does not live up to their name.
