    I came in with a LT28, an import from Germany, and have always had a difficult time finding mechanics comfortable working on it. I brought it in and Ken took one look and knew he could do it. Not only that but the sales team doted on my puppy while waiting. Never been happier and would give more than 5 stars if could.

    I made a service appointment with only one day lead time to repair the AC in my Golf Sport Wagon. They started on it immediately and even though my own original diagnosis was wrong, they had me back on the road in 3 1/2 hours with a new compressor at a very reasonable cost. Very courteous and efficient service!

    Jesse was exceptional and thorough with service. He really knows how to take care of customers and provides excellent information when explaining what service was provided. I will now be doing all of my service with Vernon VW. Nothing but the best!
