  I walked into Vernon Kia a skeptic of good salesmanship in the auto industry and left pleasantly shocked by the tremendous customer service provide there. Dayton, Dionne and the rest of the team I dealt with were informative, patient, understanding and willing to accommodate myself and my needs in order to make sure I walked out of there a happy, proud Kia owner! I would strongly recommend Kia as a brand due to the experience myself and my family/friends have had with them and I would implore anyone looking to get into a car to head over to the dealership located off 97N for a level of customer service that restored my trust in the sales industry!

  I have been shopping for a affordable car for our son for months. I called the Vernon Dealer and was connected with their salesperson Dayton. Excellent service and all our questions answered. I purchased a car within two hours from start to finish. Very happy with our selection. My son was very happy! Thanks Dayton you have us as new customers.

  Dayton took the time to work with me and listen to what I wanted rather than trying to tell me what I wanted - huge relief - so it was a great experience. I was also probably one of the higher maintenance clients he's worked with and he was patient and answered all my questions very well through the whole process. The good atmosphere in the showroom helped me relax as well! Friendly people all round.
