  Terrible service went to meet friends haven't seen in 10 years. Ordered beer and calm. Finally got beer no clam. 10 minutes later got my own response "oh I forgot " I 'm so busy. Counted 12 customers including us four at our table. Plus she had a bartender who spent his whole time talking to a friend at the bar. Poor poor service. Probably will not be back. Sorry Don love you but.....

  Horrible service and horrible food! My friend and I waited 20 minutes before we received any service (where we had to call a server to our table and ask for menus). Then we waited another 20 minuted before we had to waive a server over again to take our order. After 25 minutes I had to call a server over to ensure our order was put in! Then we waited another 20 minutes for our single order of nachos which turned out to be too salty to eat even a third of. My friend wanted to order a drink because the food was so salty but nobody came by to ask how we were doing and if we were enjoying the meal and he didn't want to wait half an hr for them to bring him a drink so he left. Once again I had to call over a server for our bill (to which they bring me the bill for another table). I ended up going to the bar to sort out the bill and pay because I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes for the server to come back and sort everything out. I shouldn't have even paid but Im to honest of a person to dine and dash! I will never go back.

  The female waitresses are great, but one guy in particular was not. I brought a cake in with sparklers for a birthday. The cake was in a plastic container from the grocery store, and a plastic bag with sparklers. The cake was large and fragile, and when I handed it to him to put in the fridge, he was swinging it around in the bag. When I asked for it later, he gave me the cake and the cardboard, without the plastic tray it came in, so it was a mess to cut. When I was putting in the sparklers, he came to tell me I couldn't, because it might set off the fire alarm. That was understandable, but he took the sparklers, unused, and didn't give them back. Not happy. I wanted to say something, but it was very busy and he walked off. To top it off, he was very grumpy the entire time. I believe he was one of the bartenders, not a waiter.

  Food was Ok at best. Staff were very nice though.
