  I wish there was the ability to post a ZERO star review. I was able to watch the paint on my car dry in the parking lot whilst waiting to see a teller today. Seriously? They just opened at 930. Only 2 tellers open. 4 closed teller wickets.

  I did have a problem with Ordering Checks. I placed an order online twice and never got the checks. I eventually went to a different check printer and got them for 1/3 of the price. This is the Printing Companies Fault, not the banks.

  I love BMO bank. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You do have to stand in line longer than I care to but when it's your time they never make you feel rushed. I wish our banks would get Drive Thru Tellers for the easy transactions.

  If I could leave a zero star I would. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with such bad service! Just making an appointment to meet with a human took a full business day and then you wait 2 weeks to get in to see them and the people don't even know there own rules and policies. Not to mention they have the worst automated phone interface I have ever used, It was faster driving into town and making my appointment than to wait for a call back. They do not make you feel important or valuable and are down right uninterested in you or your needs.

  Last time I was here I was 8th in line once the opened the corral gates. Line up out the door when I left. Though they had a person assisting folks with their ATM needs. What a waste of time. An ATM helper?

  Worst bank I've ever been to. Horrible location. Long wait times. Annoying staff trying to sell me things I don't want. Retared phone calls from bmo telemarketers. I'm just so disgusted with this bank and the people who work there! I'v been with bmo for 15 years but am switching to Scotia bank today....

  Don't go with BMO worst business banking decision I have ever made, nothing but a giant headache! They charged me 3 times for cheques for our company since August I have been three times to complain and yet no cheques still it's December. On top of that they missed signatures and have had us come in numerous times because they messed up!
